Sunday 27 November
Bunnings Mt Roskill -
2 Carr Rd, Three Kings
Sausage Sizzle and Cake Stall
Can you help?
We have two sausage sizzles at Bunnings booked Sunday 6 November and Sunday 27 November. All the food and equipment is taken
to Bunnings.
If you are unable to help on the day, you could pre -cut a bag of onions into slices for the sausage sizzle. You are welcome to use a food processor.
Baking
If you are sending baking along to sell at the Cake Stall, please take it to Bunnings on Sunday.
Please no fresh cream on baking or anything that requires refrigeration.
We hope to sell everything for $2, so if you can cut any items to an appropriate size we would appreciate it. Whole cakes or larger slices can be sold too and we will price higher according to the size of the item.
We’d like to keep the cake stall plastic wrap free as much as possible, please send along baking in a named plastic container which will be returned to you.
Information for families helping at the Sausage Sizzle
Bunnings have recommended a minimum of 6 people staffing the stall.
The aim is to have at least two adults, one cooking on the BBQ, one adult assembling sausages and bread, and one to handle money. We know that your children will also be keen to help, (they are not permitted to cook) The person who is handling money must not handle food please.
As one shift changes to the next, please share the roles you have been doing and any helpful hints.
We will provide all of the things you need. You may wish to bring your own apron.
Below is the most up to date timetable, any queries please contact Juliet jjohnston@onehungaprimary.school.nz.
