At OPS we developed a researched based framework to support our ākonga (learners). We call it an EPIC Environment. 

It's more than just the physical environment - although that is part of it. It also includes the 'emotional environment' and and environment which is 'intellectually challenging'.

Recent consultation with our OPS whānau (Term 3 2023) has helped us update these concepts.
